1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a physical address where someone is available to receive the package.
2. Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We currently ship to the United States only. Estimated delivery timeframes are measured from the date of dispatch and are business day estimates — not guarantees.
United States: 4–10 business days
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our international fulfilment warehouse. Delivery timeframes begin once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier.
3. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the carrier's website or the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Tracking updates may not be available in real time at every stage of transit. It is normal for tracking to show limited activity for several days while your order is between facilities. This does not mean your order is lost.
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 10 consecutive days, contact us at support@porchpatriot.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
4. Delays & Late Deliveries
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier backlogs, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, you are eligible to request a full refund or replacement. Contact us at support@porchpatriot.com with your order number and we will verify the shipment status before issuing a resolution.
Requests submitted before the 30-day threshold — unless the package is confirmed lost by the carrier — will not be processed, as the package may still be in transit.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbours, and confirm your delivery address was entered correctly. Packages confirmed as delivered to the address on the order are considered fulfilled.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@porchpatriot.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee this once processing has begun.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item before opening fully, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@porchpatriot.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be accepted.
