PATRIOT CLUB MEMBERSHIP — READ BEFORE PURCHASING
By clicking "Add to Cart" and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following TOS:
You will be enrolled in the Patriot Club, a recurring membership program. Your membership includes a 14-day free trial beginning on the date of your purchase. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged $49.99 every 14 days to the payment method used at checkout, until you cancel. No reminder emails or advance notices will be sent before each charge.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your 14-day trial ends.
Cancellation can be done at any time by emailing support@porchpatriot.com or by submitting our Membership Cancellation Form at [porchpatriot.com/login]. If you do not wish to enroll in the Patriot Club, please contact our support team at support@porchpatriot.com before completing your purchase and we will assist you with an alternative order.
Resolving issues directly with us is always the fastest and most straightforward path to a resolution.
PATRIOT CLUB — FULL MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must contact us at support@porchpatriot.com so we can resolve the issue directly. We maintain complete records of all membership enrollments, billing authorizations, checkout confirmations, and communications — including the date and time you agreed to these terms at checkout. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed in full using this documentation. Please be aware that fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to your card issuer and could affect your ability to use certain payment methods in the future.
Enrollment
Membership in the Patriot Club begins automatically upon completing a purchase through the member checkout. By purchasing, you expressly authorize PorchPatriot (Paperless Enterprises LLC) to charge your payment method $49.99 every 14 days following the conclusion of your free trial period. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel.
Free Trial
Your 14-day free trial starts on the date of purchase. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. Trial eligibility is limited to first-time Patriot Club members only. Accounts found to be abusing trial eligibility may be cancelled without notice.
Recurring Billing
After the trial, your payment method will be charged $49.99 automatically every 14 days. Charges will continue until you cancel. By enrolling, you expressly authorize these recurring charges without requiring further approval for each individual billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.
Billing Notices
We do not send reminder emails prior to each recurring charge. By enrolling in the Patriot Club, you acknowledge and accept that charges will occur automatically every 14 days following your trial period without prior notification. It is your responsibility to track your billing cycle and cancel before your next charge date if you no longer wish to be billed.
Membership Benefits
Active Patriot Club members receive the following benefits during their membership period:
- Exclusive member pricing on PorchPatriot products
- Priority customer support
- Early access to new product releases
- Free shipping on all member orders
Benefits are available only while membership is active and in good standing. PorchPatriot reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Patriot Club membership at any time using either of the following methods:
- Submit our Membership Cancellation Form at [porchpatriot.com/login]
- Email support@porchpatriot.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Membership"
Cancellations are processed and confirmed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. You will retain full member access through the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellations are not retroactive and do not entitle you to a refund of the current billing cycle. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please follow up directly at support@porchpatriot.com.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us at support@porchpatriot.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled charge fails, we may retry the payment. If payment cannot be collected, your membership and associated benefits may be suspended or terminated until the balance is resolved.
Modifications to Pricing or Terms
PorchPatriot reserves the right to modify membership or terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes at least 7 days in advance via the email address on file. Continued membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law. This policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Paperless Enterprises LLC is a Wyoming LLC.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with your Patriot Club membership is limited to the most recent membership fee paid. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
